Luzia was inspired by my grandmother.

At the end of every day, we'd all gather at her table.

Everyone was welcome.

We'd share about our days; laughing, listening, enjoying one another's company.

The Children, the Doctor, the Farmers, the old Women playing cards.

Everyone knew they could come to Luzia, and belong.

That space was made and offered with care, and with love.

That same care is what led us to create Luzia.

Bordering over 100 acres of protected jungle reserve, Luzia has 14 Rooms, Franco Café, Nanku Surf Club, Maitri Yoga and, most importantly, a loving community of surfers, yogis, adventurers, and travelers of all sorts.
